The E & I Club created the Entrepreneur of the Year award as a way to identify, honor, and support outstanding business and civic leaders of Northwest Illinois. Winners express vision and passion to imagine the future and become part of it. They also demonstrate the willingness to share their experiences and mentor others. The recipients are chosen by their peers, the club members.

2009 Winners

Ken and Pam Rosmann

Owners of Famous Fossil Winery. Ken and Pam started coming to club meetings with just a vineyard and a dream. And now, they have build and operate a successful winery in Cedarville IL Just north of Freeport.

"We are honored to be named Entrepreneur of the Year!" says Pam. "The E & I Club has been a great experience for our business - we've made friends and we learn something at every meeting."
